NLP at WorkSue KnightSub Titled "the difference that makes a difference in business," this is usually the first book on my shelf I reach for when I want to check a point, or refresh my memory about a particular aspect of NLP. I read it cover-to-cover when I first bought it and often pick it up for a five minute "dip." It is extremely well laid out, which not only helps understanding as you read, but also makes it so easy to find the individual point you want to refresh. The basic principles of NLP are covered, you do not have to be in a business environment to use them. If you are in business, and interested in how NLP can help with how you relate to your colleagues and superiors, it is worth starting with this book. You can apply the strategies in this book to coaching within the workplace too. This is an excellent book for those beginning NLP, and for the more experienced worth having on the shelf
